You can contact ResTek staff in many ways:

If you get the voicemail message during regular hours, we are either temporarily out of the office or busy helping other students. We check the voicemail messages frequently when in the office, so please leave a message.

Request Support: Write us with Ask ResTek.

Your request for support is submitted directly to Answerline, the program where ResTek consultants keep track of support requests. Consultants will attempt to contact you within 24 hours.

MyStats is a way to monitor your bandwidth usage, view your IPs, track the progress on your support requests, and more.

For computer related questions, or questions about the ResTek program, send us an email. One of the ResTek staff members will respond between 24 and 48 hours after the message is received.

In person:

ResTek does not have an office that is open to the public. If you would like someone to look at your computer, call the office, x2946, submit an Ask ResTek form, or email us for help and we can arrange for a consultant to visit your room.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am to 5pm

Consultants are available while the residence halls are open. Weekend and after-hour appointments are available, depending on the individual consultant’s schedule.
